Andreas Luckow

Andreas Luckow is a lawyer and solicitor. Since 2002 he has been working for vdp, the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks in Berlin and is Head of International Real Estate Finance. His tasks comprise monitoring of legislation, administration, supervision and markets in the field of real estate finance in European countries, particularly Germany, Poland, Western Europe, development of positions of the industry by papers and meetings, representation of the industry towards administration and markets, legal research, mainly in the fields of real estate law, covered bond law, capital markets law and civil law and the consultancy on covered bond systems and real estate legal systems in transition countries. From 1988 to 2002, he held different positions in Berlin Hyp, a real estate finance bank. From 1998 to 2002 he was Department Head International Finance and responsible for cross border mortgage lending. From 1995 to 1998, he was as Head of Central Department, responsible for legal matters of the bank.
